TWO-DIMENSIONAL DESIGN
Graphic Design (also 2D Design) is the art of digitally creating graphic contents and layouts. It can be sorted mainly into the categories of Pixel-based Graphic Design and Vector-based Graphic Design, although very often both techniques are used to create a graphic.

CONTINUOUS LINE DRAWING

So this is one of the exercises we had to do; continuous line drawing. What is it about? It's basically focusing on a person or an object without moving them as you draw their figures. It is art if you draw them ugly.

Assignment #1
COLLAGE
A piece of art made by sticking various different materials such as photographs and pieces of paper or fabric onto a backing. Either you can draw an image or take a random picture from any media and mixed together other medias such as magazines, newspaper and many more.
Unfortunately I accidentally didn't took pictures of Assignment #2 and #3 because it didn't exactly follow the assignment criteria but I will proceed with the Final Project, Assignment #4 and some exercises.

For this exercise, we did marbling of different colours and style. It is a quite difficult process but it's fun to make and it does take time. The patterns are the result of color floated on either plain water or a viscous solution known as size, and then carefully transferred to an absorbent surface, such as paper or fabric.
As for the black squares, we designed our own style how we want it. It involves so much creativity until I ended up having no ideas at all. Fortunately, it was efficient enough to paste accordingly on the marbled paper.
Assignment #4
Paint to Music
Marbling

Forgive me if the picture seemed blurry because I took this picture as it is already in the file.
Now this painting to music seemed easy but it also takes time similarly to marbling but it easier than that. For this assignment, we had to paint what we wanted according to the music we chose as long as one of them is classical the other contemporary.

The left is classical music. The music I chose for it is Fritz Kreisler - Liebesleid. To be honest, my classmate Kevin chose this song for me since I didn't really know any classical music.

As for the right I picked Jai Wolf - Indian Summer as it has quite slow tempo but still an upbeat song to keep me going. The song made me imagine a place where it's peaceful and make me happy.

The final project

MONOGRAM
So first of all, we had to design monograms which suits our personality and our style. We draw them on A3 size papers first and picked three out of everything which is the best and our liking.

And so I picked the first one because it seems pretty stylish and really loved Old English font. But it somehow reflects me because it's pretty bold and strong.
For some of the objects that I used for monogram is a bag, my gaming console, my phone, my laptop and a bookshelf. Not only it is random but some represents who I am. A gamer, a geek, a nobody to some people.

Bookshelf

Phone case

Gaming console

Laptop

Bag
4 of these objects I used handmade stickers (not printed) since their surface is smooth and flat while one of the objects I used heat transfer as it seems quite easy to use for a transferring technique.
